These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of strivepouches.com and your purchase of products from Strive Pouches, operated by Matin Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing our site or buying our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. Strive is a caffeine product. Each pouch contains 100 mg of caffeine. It is not recommended for people under 18, those who are pregnant or nursing, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. By ordering, you confirm the product is appropriate for you. Products and pricing

We try to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. Prices and availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. Shipping, returns, and subscriptions are covered in our Shipping, Returns, and Subscription policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Strive name, logo, content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Health disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Contains 100 mg of caffeine per pouch. Not recommended for people under 18, pregnant or nursing, or sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 4 pouches in 24 hours. Do not chew or swallow the pouch — choking hazard. Discontinue use if you experience adverse effects.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them, with an updated date above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
